Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement
Thank you for choosing The Hockey Formula LLC ("THF").
By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any THF product, service, program, camp, clinic, lesson, membership, digital product, or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your purchase or registration constitutes a binding agreement between you ("the Client") and The Hockey Formula LLC.
If registering a participant under the age of eighteen (18), you represent that you are the participant's parent or legal guardian and have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on their behalf.
2. Services
THF provides hockey development services designed to educate, develop, and mentor hockey players of all ages and skill levels.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- On-ice private lessons
- Small group training
- Team training
- Drop-in sessions
- Camps and clinics
- Hockey showcases
- Video analysis and film review
- Hockey IQ instruction
- Digital courses and educational content
- Virtual coaching sessions
- Off-ice shooting sessions
- Dryland training
- Mentorship and player advising
- Recruiting consultation
- Any future programs or services offered by THF
Services may be provided by Taylor Leier or any coach, instructor, contractor, employee, or representative authorized by The Hockey Formula LLC.
THF coaching and instruction are educational in nature and are not intended to replace medical, psychological, nutritional, legal, or other licensed professional advice.
3. Scheduling & Attendance
Private sessions must be scheduled through THF's designated booking system.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Sessions that begin late due to the Client will end at the originally scheduled time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than twenty-four (24) hours before a scheduled private session may result in the session being forfeited without refund or credit unless otherwise approved by THF.
Group sessions, camps, clinics, and drop-in programs are subject to their individual registration policies.
4. Digital Products & Membership Access
Purchase of a THF digital product, membership, or coaching package grants access only to the products and services included with that specific purchase.
Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
Digital content, videos, playbooks, documents, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of The Hockey Formula LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or resold without written permission.
5. Confidentiality
THF respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
Private coaching discussions will remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by the Client.
Private virtual coaching sessions may be recorded for educational purposes and may be shared only with the participating Client unless otherwise agreed.
Participants acknowledge that group coaching sessions, camps, clinics, and team environments are not confidential settings.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing by THF.
Pricing is based on the product, program, membership, coaching package, or service selected at checkout.
Payment plans, recurring subscriptions, and installment agreements must remain current throughout the duration of the program.
THF reserves the right to suspend access to services or digital products for overdue accounts.
Any applicable processing fees will be disclosed during checkout.
7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing or as part of a promotional offer, Clients may request cancellation within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase by emailing CONTACT@THEHOCKEYFORMULA.COM.
After twenty-four (24) hours, refunds are granted solely at the discretion of The Hockey Formula LLC.
Unless otherwise required by law, all coaching programs, memberships, camps, clinics, digital products, subscriptions, video analysis packages, and training services become non-refundable fourteen (14) days after purchase.
Missed sessions, unused sessions, or failure to participate do not qualify for refunds.
THF reserves the right to cancel any program or service. If THF cancels a program, Clients will receive an appropriate refund or account credit as determined by THF.
8. Participation
Participation in any THF on-ice or off-ice activity is voluntary.
Certain programs require acceptance of a separate Participant Waiver and Release of Liability before participation. By registering for any THF activity, the Client agrees to complete all required waivers and acknowledges that participation may be denied if required documentation is not completed.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward coaches, staff, facilities, and other participants.
THF reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund for unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
9. Media Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, the Client grants THF permission to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture images or audio during participation in THF programs.
These materials may be used by THF for educational, promotional, marketing, website, social media, or other business purposes without additional consent or compensation.
10. Disclaimer
The Hockey Formula LLC provides educational hockey instruction, coaching, mentorship, and player development services.
Information provided through THF programs is intended solely for educational and developmental purposes and should not be interpreted as medical, physical therapy, nutritional, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.
Participants should consult appropriate licensed professionals regarding injuries, medical conditions, or other health concerns before participating in physical activity.
THF makes no guarantees regarding athletic performance, skill development, team selection, recruitment opportunities, scholarships, professional advancement, or any other specific outcome. Individual results vary based on numerous factors beyond THF's control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THF's total liability arising from any product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions replaces or limits any separate Participant Waiver and Release of Liability required for participation in THF activities.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within Massachusetts.
13. Changes to These Terms
The Hockey Formula LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms & Conditions become effective upon publication on THEHOCKEYFORMULA.COM or another official THF platform.
Continued participation in THF services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.
