We’ll review one full game together on a video call, and identify the key moments that impact your performance — from decision-making and positioning to puck touches and habits.

You’ll leave with specific, actionable corrections you can apply immediately to start improving your game. Here are the key details:

• 45-minute 1:1 virtual session reviewing your game together shift-by-shift
• Session will be recorded with notes for you to revisit and review 
• Identification of key strengths and immediate areas for improvement
• Simple, actionable corrections you can apply right away
• Direct feedback tailored specifically to your position and style of play

 Requirements:

- Hudl/InStat (or whichever platform your team uses) login info including username and password 

- If you don't have Hudl or Instat - Dates, times, teams playing, and which platform (LiveBarn, BlackBearTV etc.) we can find your game you want and we will review your film from there.

- If your team sends your clips pre cut, please forward us the games via email you'd like us to review.

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a follow-up email with registration confirmation, from the email (contact@thehockeyformula.com), which is where to submit your materials and we can coordinate a time to book your session through your profile on www.thehockeyformula.com.

Our session will be held in your portal and also recorded along with notes for you to revisit.
